Reviews
Good taste for Unagi with rice. Full set 3,900¥ per set.
Location :1st floor of May One station and nearly Bic Camera store.
Very fresh and soft unagi! This restaurant is near to Hamamatsu JR. Couldn't find it at first and walked out of JR, walked towards Bic camera and found this nearby. Each set sets us back about 2500 yen to 2800 yen. There isn't alot of sauce drizzled on the unagi and that allowed us to fully appreciate the taste of the unagi. The soup accompanying is not the usual miso soup. It was clear, had a piece of clam and a slight smoky aroma which makes it rather interesting in my opinion.
Delicious BBQ Eel right next to Station. Can get crowded at lunch time. Had the 1.5 eel lunch box with extra rice for 4100yen. Comes with Yubari Melon for desert. 4 stars due to price.
Good deal for a delicious eel rice! Reasonable price. Nice staff. No English menu. You don’t need to order a set of eel rice and ask for eel rice only.
Enjoying the grilled eel lunch at the Hamanako Unagi Maruhama near the Hamamatsu station. Yummy!!
Pretty average restaurant that serves unagi. Visited it because it was a specialty of Hamamatsu. It was very expensive but not great, but not too bad either.
tasted very good and its a traditional Japanese eel. Made me full for a day for just eating 1 order.
Went here on the way to act city (nearby). The eel was good either smell and taste. The steam rice was good too, the sauce was a little bit light but good match with the food. The price is fair, busy during the day.
